An Update

The Dynamic Hedge blog just passed one hundred posts.  I know that other bloggers can sneeze a hundred posts, but this is a milestone for me nonetheless.  I’ve only scratched the surface of trading topics and I’ve got plans to offer some unique tools that I feel can help traders in the future.  Stay tuned.  There are several factors influencing what and how I post here, including my employment situation and my respect for the intellectual creativity of my colleagues and co-workers.

I’ve posted almost 700 updates to Twitter.  At least two thirds of that was timely, actionable information in the form of #NYSEimbalance.  Hopefully, I’m providing some value to the strangers of the interwebs.

Lastly, I had the best week of my career last week performance-wise.  This was due in no small part to winning the BUCY lottery, but I also had a bunch of other great trades that worked very well.  More importantly, I was able to avoid or reduce risk on the bad ones.  I hoped that writing this website would sharpen my trading and focus my talents.  I feel that it has.

Writing a blog is very addictive.  I never thought I would have cared this much about an anonymous website.

Thanks for reading.  There’s lots more in store for this site in the near future.
